Enterprise users can download/export all financial data including Segment & KPI data.
To download any data set simply select the "Export Table Data" button from the specific company's Financials page.
Exporting is currently limited to US companies, but is being rolled out internationally in the coming months.
If you're not receiving login emails from Fiscal.ai, please add notifications@notifications.fiscal.ai as a contact and check your junk/spam.
If the email is appearing in spam, please mark the email as not junk. This will help deliverability for future login emails.
Using a Corporate Device?
Some organizations may firewall our domain. Please contact your IT team to have Fiscal.ai whitelisted.
From the dashboard tab, all users can set up a list of stocks by searching for the company's name or ticker in the right search bar.
Once you've found the company that you're looking for you can simply click the company name to add them to your dashboard.
After adding your desired companies you can sort by your preferred metrics.To add a new metric, simply browse or search for your metric of choice in the left search bar.
Our unique, company-specific segments & KPIs are available to all users, covering over 2,100+ global companies at the moment and still growing!
The amount of data varies by plan as seen below
Free: 2 annual periods & 2 quarterly periods
Plus: 5 annual periods & 6 quarterly periods
Pro: 12+ annual periods & 20+ quarterly periods
Enterprise: 12+ annual periods & 20+ quarterly periods
At the moment, Fiscal.ai (formerly FinChat) does not offer an Excel Add-on.
With our dashboard feature, we’ve allowed users to build a customizable list of equities, and choose appropriate metrics/ratios for their use case.

Company Segments and KPIs are provided by our own proprietary Fiscal.ai (formerly FinChat) Data Feed and taken directly from public company filings.
Global equity fundamentals, ratios and estimates are provided by a combination of the Fiscal.ai Data Feed and S&P Market Intelligence. No S&P data is used to generate AI summaries or responses.

Refunds are ONLY applicable for annual subscriptions within 30 days of purchase or renewal.
Annual Billing Plans:
Refunds are available for annual billing plans within 30 days of subscribing or renewing your subscription. If you are not satisfied with our services and wish to request a refund, you must submit a refund request within 30 days of the initial subscription or renewal date. We reserve the right to evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
Monthly Billing Plans:
All monthly billing plans are non-refundable. Once you have subscribed to a monthly billing plan, you will be billed on a recurring basis for each billing period. We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of the monthly subscription period. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining days of that billing period.
Data for companies on Fiscal.ai (formerly FinChat) are updated within minutes of their latest earnings reports. Unlike other data terminals, which can take 24-48 hours to update, Fiscal.ai's data is real-time.
Company specific segments & KPIs are live within an hour of earnings results.
Transcripts and fillings can take up to 2 days.
Fiscal.ai (formerly FinChat) covers over 100,000+ total companies around the globe, from every market.
When searching for companies, we recommend using the companies names rather than a ticker symbol.
At the moment, we do not let users bring their own API keys to go beyond the prompt limit.
Due to licensing agreements with our data providers, 20yrs of financial data is not available in the dashboard at this moment.
Yes, Fiscal.ai (formerly FinChat) offers a variety of data APIs, including real-time fundamentals and Segments & KPIs.
